Our house is situated on the sunside. To Kaprun it`s about 1km.. --------------------------------------- In our house there are 3 flats, all situated on the 2nd floor. All flats were new renovated in 2006. --------------------------------------- All ski runways and cross-country trails are accessible on the easiest way. --------------------------------------- The bus stop for ski coaches and line coaches in the direction of Kaprun, Zell in the lake or in the Oberpinzgau is approx. 50 m of our house. --------------------------------------- The "Pinzgauer Radwanderweg" leads past directly at our house.
